國際部開展外籍教師英語教研活動

    編者按：11月3日上午，魏君主任主持召開了國際部本大周工作例會，會議主要議程：布置本大周主要工作，選舉外籍教師英語教研組組長，審議校外籍教師管理規(guī)定。外籍教師Michelle全票通過當(dāng)選組長。11月4日，Michelle組織召開了我校外籍教師英語教研組第一次研討會，并確定以后每周二上午10:00召開教研會。
    Foreign Affairs Department held a meeting on November 3, 2014.  Ms. Wei Jun spearheaded the meeting together with the school’s six foreign teachers.
    As part of the International Department’s aim to improve quality of teaching and development of foreign teachers, the department established the Foreign Teachers Research Group. This group is designed to further improve the teaching profession not only to become active partners in the teaching and learning process but also to engage in research on ways to improve educational opportunities for students. The meeting primarily discussed on foreign teachers’ working system that include systematically planning for instruction, utilize  various teaching strategies to arouse students’ interest in learning English, establish a suitable learning environment, engage students in meaningful learning and take part in school activities. Moreover, teachers also shared their learning experiences with the students and discussed collaboratively on the methods and teaching techniques which are helpful and effective in meeting the needs of the students.
    2014年11月3日，合世外外籍教師英語教研會議在國際部舉行，魏君女士參與了整個會議。
    外籍教師英語教研組作為學(xué)校的一部分，我們的宗旨是提高整個團(tuán)體的教學(xué)質(zhì)量和規(guī)范外教日常教學(xué)管理。我們希望能進(jìn)一步提高自身職業(yè)素養(yǎng)，這不僅要我們在教學(xué)和學(xué)習(xí)過程中成為積極的合作伙伴，也要我們積極探索如何讓我們的課堂更加有效。會議主要討論了教師的工作體系，包括以系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃為指導(dǎo)，運用多種教學(xué)策略，激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，建立一個合適的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，從而讓學(xué)生有意義地學(xué)習(xí)并積極參加學(xué)校活動。此外，教師也分享了他們的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗，并討論如何運用有效的教學(xué)方法滿足學(xué)生需求。
